Friday, July 31 – Between 5:00–8:00 PM
Saturday, August 1 – 6:30–7:00 AM (only if necessary)

Exhibitor Badges & Tickets

Badges and tickets may be claimed at Will Call:

Friday during setup
Saturday before the event

Loading Dock

Use entrance on the West Side (Six Pines Drive) of the Exhibit Hall
Please reference the provided map to identify the loading zone
Do not leave vehicles unattended in the loading zone; vehicles may be towed

Parking

Free parking is available in Town Centre Garage on Six Pines Drive – No parking pass required.

Insurance & Food Permits

Please ensure proof of insurance and any food permits are submitted before the event if requested by the Show Coordinator.

Electrical / Wi-Fi Requirements

Electricity was available as an add-on during booth selection. If you selected electricity during registration, you are all set.

If you did not select electricity and need to add it prior to the event: Please contact the venue directly. Cost estimated at $75 AVMS at (281) 681-5732

Bring your own extension cords and any necessary lighting (extra bulbs, fixtures, etc.)
Generators are strictly prohibited
Wi-Fi is included for all sponsorship levels

Mascots & Service Animals

Exhibitor service animals are allowed
Must have current Rabies vaccinations
Pre-approval by Show Coordinator is required
Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for any issues

Promotional Video Opportunity

Gold and Silver booth sponsors can showcase promotional video content on the 22-foot LED Screen.

Gold sponsors: up to 2 videos
Silver sponsors: 1 video
Video length: 15–30 seconds
